Health Services - Free Clinic of Our Towns A medical program that provides primary care to uninsured and under-insured individuals residing in North Mecklenburg and South Iredell counties. Services provided include health assessments, physician services, diagnosis and treatment for illnesses, health education, nutritional educations, referral support, and flu vaccinations. No obstetrician services are available. The clinic is offered every Thursday evening from 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM. Eligibility and fees: Must live in the North Mecklenburg or South Iredell. Patients are seen first come, first served basis and there is no fee for this service.
